Hello, i am selling a crank i bought for an engine i no longer have.. This is a BRC  4340 nitrided sbc chevy  two piece seal   American made crank !  It is very , very nice and super high quality with standard rod and standard main that needs  NOTHING .. Any thing like it today is  two thousand dollars... unlike the cheap cheesy chinese cranks that are junking up the internet and tearing up high price blocks... that is another story...This crank had about two hundred gas engine miles .  It is the best forging money could buy when BRC  or brooks was making them. These were capable of making 2200 nitro  blown horse power.. The crank checks out like new and has no issues, please see all the photos .if you need a top of the line reliable severe duty crank for the 350  to 377 and slightly up.. call me here at the shop 334 355 0182  any time. BUYER pays the shipping.. Thank you..

Audi Sport Quattro concept (2013) at Frankfurt motor show

Wed, 04 Sep 2013

The Audi Sport Quattro Concept will be shown at Frankfurt as a spiritual successor to the 1980s rallying legend. This time, the road-going version can muster 0-62mph in a stonking 3.7sec and top 189mph thanks to its 690bhp drivetrain.  Haven’t we seen an Audi Quattro Concept before? Yes – but this is a different take on the 2010 Quattro concept, and may make it into showrooms.

Fuel Injection Pioneer Stuart Hilborn 1917-2013

Mon, 16 Dec 2013

Stuart Hilborn, the dry lakes hot rodder whose racing fuel injection systems powered almost the entire field at Indianapolis some years, died Monday at the age of 96. Hilborn first went to the dry lakes in 1938 and was amazed to see engine builders and racers who hadn't gone to college producing twice the horsepower of a stock setup. “I was very impressed that they had doubled the horsepower of the cars as they came out of Detroit with virtually no money at all, just work,” Hilborn told the American Hot Rod Foundation.
