Early Barnes in the pan dry sump pump and oil pan. Scavenge side of the pump is in fairly rough shape. Pan is a converted stock pan. What you see in the pictures is what you get.

This auction is  for a Barns in the Pan dry sump Pan, and early oil pump.  This is the early pump with the cast iron base and pressure section.   The scavenge section on this pump has had some metal ran through it and has some damage on it.  It has been cleaned and smoothed up some and spins over.  The pan is a converted stock small block chevy oil pan.  There is also a windage tray included.   If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.  I will answer as quickly as I can and to the best of my knowledge.   Thank you for looking!!

Ford and GM reliability ratings dip in Consumer Reports survey

Consumers rated Ford's new Explorer, Fiesta and Focus models at less-than-average reliability during their first year, according to Consumer Reports' annual auto survey. Poor reception of the new models bumped Ford's overall reliability rank from the 10th spot in 2010 to the 20th this year among the 28 major nameplates included in the survey. Findings are based on responses from 1.3 million vehicle owners or lessees who subscribe to the magazine.
