Hi. Up for auction isca new set of K1 brand 6" forged H beam con rods. They have 3/8" ARP 2000 rod bolt and are still sealed in plastic bags. Has lube for bolts included. Bought them for a street strip 406 that just never came to be. These are good rods and a quick web search will show tons of positve feedback. After all, if you can attach the ‘M’ moniker to a pair of fat SUVs – the X5M and X6M – attaching the ‘M’ badge to the 1-Series seems a no-brainer.

General Motors is looking to inject some newfound flair into its North American product lineup. Effective June 1, Bryan Nesbitt, currently Executive Director of Design at General Motors Europe will become Vice President of Design for North America and relocate to the company's technology headquarters in Warren, Michigan. The 38 year old, credited with the forward-thinking but retro PT Cruiser design in 1996, began his career at DaimlerChrysler and became the youngest design executive when he was appointed Executive Director of Body Frame Integral at General Motors in 2002.

This is the Infinit Etherea, unveiled today at the 2011 Geneva motor show, and the company is unusually candid about the purpose of this new, smaller Infiniti show car. The blurb says: 'it is a compact luxury model that previews how a future entry-level Infiniti could look.' Says it all really. The compact vehicle is aimed at the younger buyer looking for a little luxury - it's all about downsizing.
