These are Isky 1271LSH straight up (no offset) solid roller lifters. That are in good condition with all wheels rolling smoothly and free. All the tie bars move freely. The bodies are in good shape. These lifters are .842 in diameter so they'll fit in any standard chevy small block. That are also +.300 taller for tie bar clearance. That are the Red Zone lifter so that means that can be rebuilt by Isky when they need to be. Priced to sell and these do not come up for sale very often! I have 3 sets so one set has to go. The extended range electric vehicle, unveiled at the recent 2009 Geneva motor show, will go on sale here in late 2011 and marketing bosses say the UK is more accepting of hybrids and alternative vehicles than other markets. It’s not clear at this stage how much the Ampera will cost in the UK, but we’re looking at a likely cost around £20,000.

The VW Eos Bluemotion launches in the UK A New Year, but still VW are rolling out new BlueMotion Models. This time on the Eos. The usual tweaks apply to give the Eos its BlueMotion status – regenerative braking, start-stop, hill-hold and a gear change light – but this is the first time (unless we’ve missed something along the way) that VW has utilised its BlueMotion toys on a petrol engine.

New recalls hit 2.7 million GM vehicles, from Corvettes to Saturns

General Motors is recalling 2.7 million U.S. cars and trucks for problems ranging from flawed taillamps and windshield wipers to brake problems, in an escalation of the safety crisis that has enveloped the company for months. GM said today it expects to book up to $200 million in charges in the second quarter to cover the cost of recalls during the period.
