This is a used Scat shifter. The only way to tell it used is the bolts left a mark. The boot is like new but there is a small cut at the base, not seen when the shifter is installed.. The shifter has two T handles.

The move effectively signals the end of the Blue Oval's PAG division. Officials have refused to confirm or deny the sale, but have outlined to MPs the deal which will spin off Jaguar and Land Rover, but retain Volvo in the Ford family.
