You are bidding on a Schuberth C3 helmet, Size XL, Glossy Silver in color. Included is the Bluetooth SRC (Schuberth Rider Communication) system. The helmet is in good condition and the vents, the chin bar, latches, chin strap, etc, all work perfectly well. This helmet was used by the original owner for 1 season. I purchased this helmet second hand, and after 2 rides with it, I'm selling it because it's the wrong shape for my head. The SRC also works perfectly well, and I didn't know until I purchased the helmet and SRC, that the SRC is compatible with Scala Rider intercom systems as well! Included in this auction are: The C3 XL Silver helmet. Schuberth Part Number 4346017360 The SRC (I checked the firmware and it's running 3.0 which is the most up to date) The original box The Helmet's user manual A clear Inner-visor The wall adapter and USB-microUSB cable for charging the SRC The original packaging from the SRC The original protective carrying bag for the helmet The original non-SRC collar from the helmet. Notes about this item: The tinted inner visor that was in this helmet was cracked at one of the mounting points, so I threw it away. Replacement inner-shields can be purchased in multiple colors on eBay for $30-$40. The mounting points on the helmet, the track they ride up and down on, and the lever on the bottom edge of the helmet that slide the inner visor up and down are all in perfectly good condition. There is a small, 3/4 inch scratch on the clear outer visor.and 4 or 5 very small nicks in the clear outer visor - they are each approximately the size of a pen-tip. Please see the closeup photo of the outer visor to see the scratch and nicks I'm referring to. If you would like me to email you the fullsize hi-res pics of the helmet, please send me a message requesting so with your email address. I highly recommend selecting shipping insurance for this item. This can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post, or via UPS. The Buyer will pay exact shipping. Upon winning this auction please contact me with your shipping information and your desired shipping method and insurance amount. I will get the exact shipping amount and send you an invoice. If you have any other questions, please contact me and I will be happy to answer them. Good luck, and happy bidding.

Pitures of what appears to be the 2011 US Spec Fiesta have leaked ahead of launch Ford have played a long game with the introduction to the US market of Europe’s favourite small car – the Ford Fiesta. They’ve run a very savvy social media campaign and had a whole heap of Fiestas running round the US in the hands of bloggers and other social media types – The Fiesta Movement – to get coverage for the Fiesta ahead of its launch at the LA Auto Show this week. But it looks like Ford in Canada have jumped the gun this afternoon and let loose pictures of the US spec Fiesta before its official reveal.

Mon, 28 Sep 2009

This is the holy grail for engineers: maintain the power and performance of the existing big capacity engines we’ve become wedded to, but in a smaller, more economical package.
