NOT all, but most items were obtained in a storage auction facility,
closing local repair shops, etc., and described as best as possible,
tested by plugged in / started / inspected, sold as is, only 14 days
allowed for any notices of defects not detected/missed by me. if new in
package i obviously won't test and take NO responsibility if it does not
work
2) PAYMENTS: only paypal unless discussed prior to bidding, US$$ only, payment due within 3 days (unless otherwise discussed prior to bidding), I will post non-payment disputes with eBay if needed
3) EMAILS: I will email you invoices asap, I will email you when items sent, feedback appreciated upon receipt of item, thanks, AND please email me if there are any worries or concerns asap.
4) SHIPPING: all items sent within 4 days of payment received (please allow extra time for holidays/weekends), LOST or DAMAGED items? That is what insurance is for. Receipts upon request if necessary for your claim, but not to worry, I pack accordingly - as my feedback will show.
*** If there is a difference in actual shipping costs than calculated by eBay *** YOU GET A REFUND!!! (fedex is not an option thru eBay calculator as ups is the “official shipper“ for eBay)
BUT if flat rate priority mail via usps is offered, that is the way it will be sent and insurance NOT included - and strongly recommended
IF you prefer UPS you MUST advise when checking out/paying with paypal
6) RESTRICTED DELIVERY: I will not send to zip code 73003, sorry (email for details); also NO packages weighing over 20 pounds sent overseas and/or any packages that fall into the “oversized package” specifications
7) RATES: shipping amount outside USA subject to change; calculator on eBay has been incorrect at times.
8) INSURED RATES subject to change because the insured costs changes with the amount of insurance (see usps.com, fedex.com and ups.com for details)
9) CUSTOM FEES: if you are outside the USA and have won one of my items, you may incur “custom fees” upon receipt of your package (see usps.com for details), I DO NOT include these fees in payment to me, you need to make that payment upon receipt (see usps.com for details)

Wed, 11 Feb 2009Four 2009 full-sized pickups got low marks in side-impact crash tests by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, a research group for auto insurers. Crash protection is "poor" in crew-cab versions of the Chevrolet Silverado and Nissan Titan without side-impact airbags, according to test results the institute released on Wednesday. The Dodge Ram with standard side-impact airbags got only a "marginal" rating, the institute said.

Mon, 12 Aug 2013Safety is a priority for drivers, teams and courses. Over the past century automobile safety has been slowly evolving (or rapidly evolving, if Ralph Nader has had anything to say about it). Needless to say, it is unusual for a safety feature that performed its function to make news.
Lotus to double production – Return to Motorsport
Thu, 26 Nov 2009Lotus CEO Dany Bahar plans to double production at Hethel and return to Motor Sport Through all the gloom and doom car makers have reported over the last year and more there has been one shining light which has seemed impervious to the downturn – Lotus. They’ve not only remained profitable but they’ve managed to bring to market a new car – the Lotus Evora – which has not only been pretty well universally praised but has a full order book to boot. Clever trick.
