1968-1974 Nova Chassis

G-Machine Chassis

#1 Schwartz Performance Chassis Dealer

You are bidding on a "basic" chassis only, call for adding Brakes, rearend and shocks.

Full frame chassis, now available for 1968-1974 vehicles, has been upgraded to full mandrel bent frame rails. This not only provides a much sleeker and refined look, it adds even more strength to an already solid chassis, allowing us to remove much of the cross-bracing in the center of the chassis. This opens up your cars underside to new routing options for exhausts, brake lines and fuel lines.

Base CHASSIS includes:

  • A fully welded chassis, built on a precision jig
  • Adjustable transmission crossmember
  • All front and rear suspension components (excluding coilovers): control arms, ball joints, tie rods, power rack & pinion, aluminum front wheel hubs with bearings, and teflon-lined heim joints for a quieter & bind-free suspension
  •

Payment terms: 75% down at time of order, remaining 25% due before shipment.

Shipping: For an assembled frame, we use an enclosed car transporter. If you don’t want the frame assembled, we’ll ship it truck freight in a crate. There is a crating fee which will be determined upon ordering.

    1967-1969, 1970-1981 F-body, & 1968-1974 Chevy Nova chassis features:
Mandrel-bent main frame rails. 75lb LESS than stock subframe & rear suspension. Up to 265 wide tire in front, up to 345 wide tires in rear with minitub. Uses stock front inner fenders. Bolts to stock front locations, bolts to original rear frame rails in rear. Stock-type fuel tank will fit.
Only things needed to be done by customer/builder: Exhaust system (we have stainless headers available for LSx engines), connect brake hard lines, & connect steering shaft (we can supply pieces to connect to a column)

    Installation is simple.

  • You are not required to cut your floor-pan
  • The only required cutting is of minor brackets and a 3×14″ notch in the floor
  • The only required welding is of four mounting plates and a new piece for the floor notch (mentioned above)
  • The only required drilling is of two bolt-holes in the rear frame rails
  •

Unit being sold as an unassembled rolling chassis. Unit will come with all hardware required for assembly.

    2013 Hyundai ix35 Facelift spied

    Mon, 09 Jul 2012

An undisguised photo of what appears to be a facelift for the 2013 Hyundai ix35 has appeared on a  Korean site. It’s not yet three years since the Hyundai ix35 was revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2009 (although it had been seen in Korea earlier), but it looks like the compact SUV from Hyundai is getting a facelift for 2013. The photo above shows an undisguised ix35 / Tucson snapped in Korea and shows a new, more confident nose, big statement grill and fog lights that looks like the might have been borrowed from the new i30.
