When having us ship to a P.O. box, select USPS as your shipping option. UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. box.

As a part of our 100% Satisfaction Policy, our return policy is listed below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item and a copy of the invoice within 21 days and the purchase price will be refunded, shipping charges are not refunded. Partial returns will be refunded accordingly. Items returned after 21 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in original packaging and in new condition with the tags attached or they will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging, no nicked, scuffed or scratched products will be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.

• Customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring returned items.
• We will NOT issue credit or refunds for items damaged as a result of being improperly packaged.
• Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.
• Customer is responsible for paying for shipping.

We will exchange or replace any defective item. Please contact with us by email within 7 days if you need a return. Return item must be in original condition, sent the item back to the address below with a note of information on item number, buyer's name and reason for return.
