Nissan Qazana unveiled at Geneva motor show 2009

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 03 March 2009 12:39 This funky little concept car is Nissan’s new Qazana, a preview of an all-new sub-Qashqai crossover that’ll be built at the company’s Sunderland plant in 2010. All of the concept’s real, from its suicide rear doors through to its 20-inch wheels, but don’t expect much of this to translate onto the production car. The fancy doors and big rims will disappear, but the real thing will still have the muscular yet curvaceous lines of the Qazana concept.

Range Rover Evoque rally car: the Desert Warrior 3

It was only a matter of time before someone took the slammed and attitudinal Range Rover Evoque and turned it into a rally raid vehicle capable of competing in the Dakar. The new Desert Warrior 3 is the result: a rally racer powered by a twin-turbo 3.0-litre diesel, tuned to produce between 275-300bhp depending on event restrictions, and a whole host of serious off-roading equipment to transform this from road to race car. Ford Focus is the best selling car…in the World

In the week Ford built its 350 millionth car, the Ford Focus has been  revealed as the best selling car in the world in 2012. It probably helps that the Ford Focus is now a proper world car, rather than just a European model, but it’s still an impressive claim - the Ford Focus sold 522,181 in the first seven months of 2012, making it the world’s top selling car. Of that half a million plus Focuss (Focii?) Ford shifted over a  quarter of them in Europe (153,400) and the Focus outsold both the Toyota Corolla and VW Golf worldwide and in the last year a massive 860,00 Focus have found homes round the world.
