Thomas Ingenlath: Volvo Concept C to end 'vanilla' design era [w/Video]
Tue, 27 Aug 2013Volvo has promised a radical change in its future design language that will be embodied in its Concept C coupé, the first concept to be developed since head of design Thomas Ingenlath's appointment in July 2012. Our first look at the concept, which debuts at this month's Frankfurt motor show, comes from a video starring Ingenlath (see left). Wacky Racers For French Urban Mobility Project
Mon, 15 Sep 2014TOYOTA’S involvement in a new three-year urban mobility project in Grenoble, France promises to inject a little fun into what can be an otherwise dull undertaking. The trial scheme will see radical three-wheel Toyota i-Road and COMS four-wheel electric vehicles available for public car sharing on local journeys. Toyota is supplying 35 of each type of vehicle and is also contributing its Ha:Mo (harmonious mobility) system to manage the scheme day-to-day, following a model that’s already been successfully piloted in Toyota City in Japan.

Definitely. The turbocharged 2.8-litre V6 produces 321bhp, enough for a six-second 0-60mph time (0.2sec behind the saloon and hatch) and a 155mph limited top speed.
