This is a complete top end kit including cylinders to freshen up your 947 Rotax engine. It will work on all carbureted 947 motors, but not the DI's-the fuel injected engines! (the cylinder and pistons are different on the fuel injected motor) Kit includes cylinders that have been bored 1.5mm oversize. You will have to shave the edges of your RAVE valves in order to use this cylinder kit!   Comes with all necesary gaskets, o-rings, new wrist pins and bearings, circlips,  pistons and rings. All the machine work is done and it includes everything you need to do the job!

***These parts are brand new and the cylinders are freshly machined. I am not responsible for any of the parts once you have installed them!*** If there is an issue after they are installed it is either because you did something wrong, or there were other problems with your engine.

The Vehicle Design Masters program at the RCA held its annual degree show a few weeks ago, showcasing an array of transport designs created by the graduating class of 2008. In all, 18 students - including three PhD graduates - developed projects which dealt with the current issues of accessibility, aerodynamics, environmental impact, ergonomics, legislation, materials, production, safety, and technology, as well as the aesthetic principles of vehicle design. Peter Stevens - the first MA graduate - David Wilkie of Stile Bertone, Alfonso Albaisa of Nissan and Peter Shreyer of Kia were just some of the RCA alumni in attendance.

Long-lost Cunningham Corvette race car displayed

Chevrolet Corvette enthusiasts on Thursday got an up-close look at a car that raced in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 52 years ago but hasn't been seen for more than 20 years. On the eve of the Corvettes at Carlisle show in Carlisle, Pa., event promoter Lance Miller opened one of his climate-controlled garages to reveal the 1960 Corvette that many are certain is the car that wore No. 1 and ran in the 1960 race at Le Mans.
