I am selling a Sea Ray 370VN mid port forward seat back, part number SR4370VN/2121339. It is tan and brown in color with black embroidered lettering, as shown in the pictures. It roughly measures 35 3/4" length X 18 1/4" height, over all at its longest and widest points. There are (6) mounting posts with rubber ends, as shown in the pictures and they roughly measure 1 1/2" length. There are some minor dirt marks from storage, as shown in the pictures.
