The is the left side burl helm panel with cutout for factory installed Raymarine RL Series chartplotter in Sundancer 320 or 340 from 2003 to roughly 2007. This panel was removed from my 2003 Sundancer SDA 340 in an upgrade. If you install a raymarine unit in the helm using this panel no cutting  is required.

Please check your use and application carefully before purchasing as their is no return. With some modification this piece could be used mount any unit large enough to fit in the helm opening it covers. If purchased from Sea Ray would cost in excess of $200 if you could find it.
