Ford tests electric-vehicle sounds on Facebook
Mon, 11 Jul 2011Sure, if it were up to us, every car would sound like a Lamborghini Aventador or a McLaren Formula One race car. The car's muscular fenders, short front overhang and power-bulged hood provide reference to the classic muscle car era that engaged the youth of the 1960s and '70s.
Breckland Beira
Fri, 06 Jun 2008Norfolk-based Breckland - part of Hong Kong-based multi-national, Riche Holdings - will display a new hand-built, two-seat Beira roadster at the forthcoming London Motorexpo. Based GM's Kappa platform, the Beira features new front and rear body sections made from lightweight composites instead of steel. This not only enabled the creation of a distinctive nose section and pronounced fastback rear, but it also cut down on weight.
