VW debuts Twin Up! Concept at Tokyo Motor Show

Essentially the plug-in hybrid version of the Up!, this four-seater concept car shares some of its drive system with the Volkswagen XL1 including its dual-clutch automatic transmission, diesel engine and electric motor. Nissan Juke R takes to the track on video
Fri, 09 Dec 2011The road-legal Nissan Juke R may never be built, but today Nissan showed off its the GT-R-powered Juke performing on track. It's a madcap one-off Juke pepped up with the GT-R's 523bhp 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6. The video below was recorded at the MIRA track in Warwickshire, as engineers had a chance to fine-tune the chassis.

Sun, 25 Jul 2010Went surfing, 33 miles away. 33 plus 33 is 66. Should have been within the range limits of the car but I used up nine kWhs on the first leg of mostly freeway driving, which suggests I wouldn't make it home.
