Volkswagen Touareg Facelift heading for Beijing Motor Show

Heading for the Beijing Motor SHow next week is a facelift for the Touareg which combines small cosmetic tweaks with some new technology to bring the Touareg up to date. A new front bumper and new bi-xenon headlights give the nose a new look, and a new back bumper, diffuser and LE fogs tweak the back.

Hartmut Warkuss to receive 2014 EyesOn Design Catalyst Award

Hartmut Warkuss, former head of Volkswagen Design, will be awarded the 2014 Catalyst Award by EyesOn Design at next week's North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). Warkuss, who is credited with overseeing the design of the Bugatti Veyron, the VW Concept (new Beetle) and the Audi TT Concept, will be presented with the award by Peter Schreyer, Hyundai's president and chief design officer and the 2014 recipient of the EyesOn Design Lifetime Design Achievement Award. New i10 city car annouced by Hyundai

THE NEW HYUNDAI i10 goes on sale in the UK from the end of January and prices will start at £8345, which is the same price as the outgoing model. Hyundai promises a big step forward in the comfort, quality and equipment of the new i10. All models will come with six airbags as standard, plus electric front windows, CD stereo and daytime running lights.
