USED - some stitching coming off, but aftermarket, pan has light surface rust but is still solid, mounts included, some small rips that are hard to see when mounted are there.
WOW, nice pan removed from a 1975 classic goldwing. Nice 2 up aftermarket seat, much more comfortable than stock.
3 areas of concern I am pointing to in the pictures, 2 are small punctures on the seat fabric, and the third area is on the side of the seat.
I'd seal with silicone or repair with a patch before installing on your classic cruiser, or use as is on your daily driver.
Not for a show bike as is, will need work to be perfect.

Arriving at the Frankfurt Motor Show as a concept, the 308 R comes with a strange two-tone paint job (meant to evoke the Peugeot Onyx Concept), but with far more to offer than just a paint job that makes it look a different car at the back than the front.
