Buyers are required to request first for Return Merchandise Authorization, which shall be promptly processed to issue the RMA number. All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and in excellent condition with the given RMA number. Positively NO return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable in the case that the customer ordered the wrong part or application.
