          A customer in New Zealand bought a complete unit from a now closed ebay store. He told the seller that he had a 4.3  6 cylinder and he received a unit for a inline 6. The 4.3 is a v6 so he received a unit with the wrong shaft. The seller didn’t know or just didn’t care. We worked with the buyer and got him the correct shaft but he was still out another 300 bucks counting shipping and his boat was down another 4 weeks.

         A customer in Australia bought a 1.47 gen one from a now closed ebay store for his 1991 Bayliner. The seller shipped the item as promised but the seller didn’t know or care that a 1991 Bayliner takes a Gen 2.  We helped the customer sell his gen one but he still had to order a Gen 2 from us. Problem solved but he still had to pay another 650.00 in shipping to get the correct unit. Boat was down for a extra 2 months.
