CCTV parking fines could be banned
Fri, 27 Sep 2013COUNCILS in England could be banned from using CCTV cameras and "spy cars" to impose parking fines on motorists under new government proposals. Perhaps because there is little we can do to control when or where our kids decide to dissolve into fits of rage or sorrow.
