This listing features an extremely hard to find pair of OEM CHROME VW FRONT Door Handles, these all came off of a 1979 Scirocco. I believe these will fit watercooled VW's from 1979 to 1992 for sure (both Rabbit / Golf II andJetta I & Jetta II, Scirocco I & II, Dasher, Quantum, Fox, Cabriolet, etc. I've also read they fit 1978 Rabbits, but please check yours if you have a 1978 and are unsure in order to make sure--as I have conflicting information on 1978. Perhaps it was a mid-year change? There is NO pitting on the metal, nice and clean, just the way you want them. Both handles work properly, and include the black side "covers" shown in pics which could use replacement (MUCH easier to place the plastic covering than the handles themselves...). No key, but you can switch your lock cylinders over from your car and you won't need a new key. I can walk you through this if need be. If you don't know, the quality on the originals is far superior to the reproductions, and my starting price is well below the going rate for the repro's. You *rarely* see originals for sale.
