Wed, 26 Sep 2012Lamborghini has revealed the 2013 Gallardo and Edizione Tecnica package at Paris 2012 as a stop-gap before the new Gallardo in 2014. What the 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo is is a fill-in between the current Gallardo and an all new model in 2014. So, a bit of a facelift to the range, some new colours and a sexy-sounding Italian add-on – the Edizione Tecnica package – are the order of the day.
Hybrid owners sue Ford over Fusion, C-Max mpg claims
Wed, 24 Apr 2013Pennsylvania car owners are suing Ford Motor Co., claiming that the 2013 Fusion hybrid and C-Max hybrid are not delivering on promised fuel-efficiency figures, according to a report from Bloomberg. Both hybrid models are advertised to return 47 mpg, but the owners say that number is inflated to seem more competitive among other midsize sedans, according to their court filing. The complaint says car owners who have submitted estimates to a fuel-economy tracking website averaged 38.5 mpg, a 10-mpg difference that can cost an additional $1,800 in fuel costs over five years, Bloomberg reports.
Infiniti at Geneva: Infiniti M35 Hybrid (2011)
Wed, 03 Mar 2010The Infiniti M35 Hybrid gets its first day out at Geneva Infiniti haven’t even got round to launching the latest M Line cars in Europe (and we didn’t even get the last version of the M) but they’re already showing the ‘Eco-M’ – the Infiniti M35 Hybrid – at Geneva this week. If you’re familiar with the Infiniti range of engines (which isn’t all that likely as they’re far from ubiquitous in the UK and Europe) you may be asking yourselves ‘Why M35? Surely the Infiniti would be the M37?’ And you’d have a good point, as the 3.5 litre V6 is the Infiniti engine out of the old M Line (which Europe didn’t get) not the new 3.7 litre (which it will).
