This is a complete set of 4 oem factory wheels from a mid to late 80's Firebird or Trans Am. They are all 16 inches diameter by 8 inches wide but the offsets are different from front to rear. Two of them are marked "Front" on the back side and two are marked "Rear" on the back side. They could use a little cleaning up, but they look to be very straight and undamaged.

One of the rear wheels has spots on it where the clear coat is peeling off, which you can see in the pictures. The wheel looks perfect otherwise, but it looks like it would need to be stripped and clear coated again to look perfect, so I am pricing this set as though you are buying three wheels at $50 each and getting the fourth one for free. I do not have the lugs or center caps for these.  I have been told these should work on any 1984 through 1992 Camaro, Firebird or Trans Am and I'm sure they will work on many other vehicles as well, but please do your own research to be sure these are correct for your vehicle.

Who’s Where: Andreas Deufel, Design Director, Great Wall Motors

Fri, 15 Jul 2011

Since the start of the year, Andreas Deufel has officially been Director of Design at Great Wall Motors (GWM) in China. In his role, he is responsible for GWM's three design studios, all in Bao Ding, yet he still maintains his position as Design Director at TJ Innova Auto and Design & Engineering (TJI), where he is also responsible for three studios. Deufel's appointment to the position as Design Director at GWM was anything but conventional.

Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster: Official photos

Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster - it'll finally debut at Frankfurt in September The official arrival of the Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster is turning out to be a rather difficult event to call. It’s getting on for two years since we ran the first spy photos of the SLS Roadster, at which point we had expectations that it might arrive at Geneva in 2010. And we were almost certain that the SLS Roadster would finally arrive at the New York Motor Show last month after we published photos of an undisguised SLS Roadster out partying in Hamburg.

Decision time at the dawn of the automated car

Mon, 29 Oct 2012

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers sent out a press release earlier this month in which they claim that by 2040 75% of the vehicles on the road will be autonomous. As much as I love driving, I have to admit that I won't bemoan the death of the traffic jam. I'll happily give up the crowded freeways and city streets if it means cheaper gas and abandoned back roads.
