Up for auction is a set of (4) used Maxxis HT3 racing go kart tires. The tires were professionally mounted and then ran for approximately 30-40 laps on all four. They were then lightly wet sanded using three grades of progressively finer sandpaper on August 12th, 2016. They have been stored in a climate controlled environment and are ready to hit the track. Since the tires are used, they do have some scrapes and scratches from incidental racing contact (mostly on the side that was run to the outside). These tires have been run roughly 15-20 laps more than my usual auctions, but will still make great racing tires, or for a barstool racer, wagon project, or any other project you may be working on. The specifics for the set are as follows: 4 - 11.0 x 6.00 - 6 used Maxxis HT3 tires with approximately 20-30 laps. These tires measure 33" in circumference with 8 lbs of air when they were mounted on 8.5" wide wheels and have approximately 68-85% of rubber remaining. All of the tires do have some rubbing/scrapes from incidental racing contact on one side, it is pictured as the very last photo of the album. Fri, 28 Mar 2014OFFERS started rolling in on unneeded government Alfa Romeo, Lancia and BMW cars, which prime minister Matteo Renzi is auctioning off on eBay as a sign of his seriousness in tackling government waste. Renzi has pledged to sell 151 vehicles by April 16, saying he was taking a cue from the former mayor of Florence - himself - who auctioned off four cars early in his term. Besides cashing in, the government will save on upkeep, maintenance and running costs.
Audi S7 Spied
Wed, 22 Sep 2010Audi S7 caught out playing We got the launch of the Audi A7 in July and here we are – just a couple of months on – expecting the Audi S7 to surface at the Paris Motor Show next week. And just in time we’ve got a spy shot of the hot S7 out playing and looking pretty much production-ready; as it should if it’s going to bow in next week. It seems clear this is not an A7 with an S-Line pack as it’s sporting a pair of twin exhausts out back which, as far as we can recall, don’t appear on any A7.
