You are bidding on a set of four (4) Ford Mustang wheel covers which I believe were used on the 1971 thru 1973 model Mustangs. These wheel covers are in excellent if not like new condition. I see no curb rash marks or any dents  or dings on them. I could not see any part number on them. These will be packed well to arrive safely at your destination. We are cleaning out dad's workshop so these will be priced to sell.  Please check my other listings for additional Ford Mustang wheel covers that we are selling. Thanks for looking and good luck on your bidding.

Note: If some one bids on this set I will throw in two extra matching wheel covers  This is a great deal!

Volkswagen Golf R 400 revealed – and it looks production ready

Sat, 19 Apr 2014

The VW Golf R 400 (pictured) revealed ahead of Beijing A few days ago we had a teaser sketch for the VW Golf R 400, a 395 bhp version of the Golf R, which we assumed would be nothing more than yet another uber-powerful Golf Concept. But with underpinnings largely taken from the production Golf R, and a fully functioning interior, this Golf R 400 looks more production ready than any Golf Concept before. The Golf R 400 still uses the regular Golf R’s 2,0 litre Turbo, but VW has managed to squeeze an extra 99bhp and 52lb/ft of torque to produce supercar-rivalling performance of 0-62mph in 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 174mph.

First Sight: Mercedes-AMG GT

Wed, 10 Sep 2014

“If I was to buy any sports car that wasn't a Mercedes, it'd be a Porsche 911,” says Mercedes' head of design, Gorden Wagener. “But when you see the two cars together, we think ours has the edge.” He's talking about the new Mercedes-AMG GT, a front-mid engined, two-seater sports car that's unashamedly aimed at higher-end 911s, and we've come to see it at Mercedes' Sindelfingen studio.  The GT replaces the larger SLS, and is seen by Wagener as the best example yet of his 'sensual purity' design philosophy: “The SLS is very much [he gestures] line, line with a surface in between. With the GT we started with the surface and worked to refine and reduce the number of lines.” Elements of the SLS's platform have been carried over, so the GT measures the same 1,939mm wide.

MG CS crossover concept (2013) first official pictures

These official sketches show MG's new British-designed concept car: the CS crossover. It's MG's second go at a SUV design, following the retro-styled Icon concept unveiled in 2012. This new car has an altogether more modern look, and is aimed squarely at young car buyers instead of MG enthusiasts.
