Specialty Tool for Halibrand style cast wheel knock-offs like on Shelby Cobra.

This special German engineered and manufactured tool is for safely tightening and loosening the three eared, straight central knock-offs (spinners) for cast Halibrand style wheels.

Who is not tired of hammering your expensive knock-offs to pulp with the factory lead hammer? Let alone damaging your spokes, rim, fender or hands when a blow goes awry? Well, here is the solution!

In Europe already a big hit, I have now acquired the Rights to open up the United States market: a tool that will take away all the pain and guess work in tightening your knock-offs. No more fear of damaging anything or guessing the amount of hammer blows to make sure your knock-offs are tight enough!

Made in Germany under own engineering and management, we use high grade, high strength aircraft aluminum with a special coating to assure a safe; light but extreme strength tool for superior performance. It is designed to use a regular 1" ratchet (adapter) to loosen your knock-offs quickly. Then use a torque wrench to tighten them with a defined, safe torque. No guessing anymore; no "extra blow to make sure" - just tighten, re-check and you're good to go, with all parts (and limbs) still in perfect working order!

This tool is specially designed for early magnesium Halibrand style knock-offs and will fit most of the high quality aftermarket units on cars like Mustang, GT40 and Shelby.

We sell tools for practically every style or wheel; wire or cast, steel or even wood - all we need is the spinner dimension and we will see if your tool has already been manufactured. Please check "GrandTouringUSA" if you're looking for tools for other Makes, contact me and I will make a listing for you personally. For any questions, just email me here. Good luck!

McLaren P1 Spied

Sun, 18 Nov 2012

The McLaren P1 supercar has been spotted out testing in Diss in Norfolk making a visit to a McLaren supplier. We got the public reveal of the McLaren P1 – the spiritual successor to the iconic McLaren F1 – at the Paris Motor Show in September, and the McLaren boys told us the car was 95 per cent of how the final P1 would look. Which seems to be borne out by these spy photos of the P1.

Morgan Eva GT Revealed

Sun, 15 Aug 2010

The Morgan Eva GT revealed at Pebble Beach this weekend The Morgan Eva GT started with a tease, as all cars do. We couldn’t see the point of the follow up sketch of the Eva GT just days before the planned reveal at this weekend’s Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance. And we rather expected the Eva GT to be a bit of a let down after the sketch and the teaser image.

McLaren P12 hypercar confirmed for Paris debut

Thu, 06 Sep 2012

McLaren has confirmed its new flagship model, code-named P12, will make its world debut at the Paris motor show, the first time the company has attended an auto show in its recent history. The announcement was accompanied by a teaser image of the car that appears to feature an unusually low scuttle height and a glass canopy. First impressions suggest it may offer some respite from the current crop of rather uneventful-looking supercars.
