A set of shifter kart wheels. Was planning on doing a drift trike build but other projects took priority and never got around to it. I don't know much about shifter kart tires but I dont think these would be very usable on a track. Have a few bare spots. One rim has a pretty good bend in the lip but still holds air. The other one has a smaller ding in the lip on one spot. Its holding air as well. The center hole is about 1/78-2" diameter. Bolt spacing is about 2" apart. 3 lug. tire size 11x8.10-6

CCTV 'Spy cars' to be banned

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

CCTV "SPY CARS" used to catch people who park illegally is to be banned, the Government announced, marking a victory for drivers and shoppers. The move will rein in "greedy councils" who use the method of fining as a "cash cow", and bring to an end the "plague" of tickets being issued by post. Parking wardens will instead have to fix tickets directly to windscreens, making it illegal for councils to issue penalties to drivers using just the CCTV spy cars currently used for on-street parking enforcement.

Porsche Macan 2.0 litre 4-cylinder coming to the UK – but not Europe

Fri, 02 May 2014

The Porsche Macan 2.0 litre Turbo will be available in the UK Porsche quietly revealed their first car with a 4-cylinder engine in almost a generation at the Beijing Motor Show last month with the arrival of the Porsche Macan 2.0 litre turbo, produced to mop up sale in China. China’s tax system mitigates against thirstier, bigger-engined cars, so a 2.0 litre turbo attracts tax at less than half the rate of the 3.0 litre V6 in the Macan S, so it will be the big volume model for China. But the demand from China for the 2.0 litre Macan means Porsche won’t have the capacity to build it for other left hand drive markets, so Europe won’t be getting the little-engined Macan.
