2012 Jaguar XK debuts at New York +video
Thu, 21 Apr 2011The gently tweaked 2012 Jaguar XK It’s not as big an overhaul as the 2012 Jaguar XF, but Jaguar has sensibly had a play to freshen up the XK and keep it looking crisp for a while longer, rolling out the 2012 Jaguar XK at the New York Motor Show. Changes to the XK for 2012 are pretty much as we predicted, although not quite as close to the Jaguar XKR-S as we’d thought likely. BMW X6 (2007): first official pictures
Sun, 16 Dec 2007By Phil McNamara First Official Pictures 16 December 2007 00:01 These are the first official pictures of the BMW X6, one of 2008’s most intriguing cars. It’s a 4x4 with a coupé body, seriously high performance engines including a 407bhp twin-tubocharged V8 and a trick diff to give it a flavour of the M division’s finest. The X6 is based on the X5's chassis and shares its wheelbase, but its around 20mm lower and has a wider track, to enhance its dynamic ability. It’s certainly the sportiest SUV so far.
Rolls-Royce 'baby' RR4 (2008): first official pictures
Wed, 28 May 2008By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 28 May 2008 09:07 Rolls-Royce has issued two design sketches of the new RR4 – the long-awaited 'baby' Rolls. As you might expect from Rolls-Royce, these things are relative: the RR4 will be longer than a long-wheelbase BMW 7-series and is expected to cost £175,000. Until now, information on the baby Rolls has been scant, but we can finally add some concrete detail to the story.
