New parts, as long as they are still unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging, may be returned within fourteen days of receiving your order. We can issue you a refund, but we reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee for any return. The buyer is responsible for all charges incurred for the cost of return shipping. Buyer must contact us within fourteen days of receiving their order to initiate a return. If a part is damaged upon delivery, notify us immediately and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE PART if you expect to return it. If you receive a product with a defect, which is obvious to the eye, the alleged defective part should be returned, and either a replacement will be sent out, or a refund will be issued once the item is returned. A replacement will not be sent out until Zoom Cycle has received the item in question, and our technical support staff has inspected it. In the event that you receive a damaged item that is unsafe to ship back to us (for example: mirrors with broken glass), please contact us within fourteen days to notify us. We ask that you do NOT ship back any unsafe damaged item. We will be happy to replace the item at no charge to you, but ask only that you take a picture of the unsafe damaged item to send us as proof of your claim before we send you a replacement. We reserve the right to offer you a full refund in lieu of an exchange in the event that the item in question is out of stock at the time of the replacement. We do NOT accept returns on USED, MODIFIED, or INSTALLED parts. Damage incurred while your order is in transit is rare, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please save all packing material and contact us immediately. Domestic brands have the most American-made content in the United States according to a new American Automobile Labeling Act reports. The AALA was enacted in 1992 to inform consumers about the percentage of American content which comprises each car. AALA data specifies the percentage of U.S./Canadian parts content for each vehicle, including where the engine and transmissions were built.

Audi hosts student workshop in Design UNIverse

Audi has hosted a Design UNIverse event in Ingolstadt as part of its plan to support the next generation of automotive designers. 42 student designers from four European universities were challenged to create models of a futuristic Audi that embodies the idea of "Vorsprung Durch Technik" while working closely with designers and discussing trends and how to create emotional products. The students – from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava (Slovakia), Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan (Italy), the Offenbach University of Art and Design (Germany) and the Royal College of Art London (Great Britain) – created 46 different models.
