We list our items as new see other details. This is due to the fact that we sometimes have taken items out of original packing to ensure safe packing or to take pictures. If it is used or a display item we will have it in our description.

For most items we ship free to the lower 48 states. Shipping usually occurs 1-4 business days after payment has been received. (Depending on item availability and when purchased ie weekends holidays). International buyers are eligible to purchase. We only ship through EBAY global shipping unless item does not qualify. In this case we will do our best to have accurate shipping sizes listed in the description.

HANDLING TIMES

EBAY has instituted criteria forcing sellers to have a same day or next day handling time. In most cases Widowmaker's Boneyard was successful meeting this as a company goal. However with demand now forced upon us, Widowmaker's Boneyard will institute a minimum $30 or 30% surcharge (which ever is higher) on any items buyers demand a same day or next day shipping guarantee!

We at Widowmaker's Boneyard will still follow our Company goal of shipping as quickly as possible!

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

We have no control over our customs or yours. Please let us know if you haven't received your item in a reasonable time. We will try to do whatever we can. We have had some International items take up to six weeks and longer to be delivered (due to customs). Please keep this in mind before purchasing. We appreciate your patience.

Widowmaker’s Boneyard makes no warranty of the parts that are distributed by us, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product. Manufacturer may alter or change appearance of products from what is displayed in our images. We are not responsible for production changes that might occur from the manufacturer.

WARNING

Improper installation of parts, use, control, alteration or maintenance of motorcycles can cause serious injury, death and/or property damage. We recommend that a licensed motorcycle dealer, which is certified to work on Harley Davidson(R) motorcycles, install all parts.

This dealer must use good judgment in helping customers in the selection of parts for installation. Widowmaker’s Boneyard has no control over the judgment of you or others and assumes no responsibility or liability of any nature for the failure of you or others to use good judgment.

RETURN POLICY

We will not accept a return if your old lady is PI!S#D OFF because you didn’t ask permission before buying!

No return is guaranteed! Each return request will be reviewed prior to acceptance. Any item you wish to return must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. You must contact us by email prior to return. This is for your protection! Buyer is responsible for all return postage including insurance and packaging fees! Buyer must have insurance on the item they wish to return! Insurance must cover the entire purchasing price plus any additional cost. Each item returned will undergo and inspection verifying condition before credit is given. We will not refund any cost you incur. Period no exceptions!

Each return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is a minimum restocking fee of $25.00 per item no matter the original cost!

If there's an error on our part we will in most cases pay return shipping as well as a full refund or exchange. If you have a return please contact us via EBAY Email and we will issue.
