Volkswagen reportedly set to add two small SUVs to its lineup

Volkswagen plans to add two SUVs positioned below the Tiguan compact model because of booming demand for such vehicles, a newspaper report said. The launch of a subcompact SUV and a smaller model based on the new Up minicar is "certain," German business publication Handelsblatt reported on Monday, citing company sources. CCS students design tomorrow's headlights

The College of Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit teamed up with Visteon and Osram to give 18 CCS seniors an opportunity to create new automotive lighting designs using the latest technology. CCS has been partnering with Visteon since 2002 and with Osram since 2010.
