Toyota RiN
Thu, 25 Oct 2007By Jonny Smith Motor Shows 25 October 2007 11:50 Green windows - it must be good for the trees… Even by Toyota concept standards the RiN is a little weird. Nissan ESFLOW: Electric Sports Car
Wed, 09 Feb 2011Nissan ESFLOW Electric Sports Car As Tesla has already proved, if you throw enough money at it, employ enough publicists (including self-publicists) and string enough laptop batteries together, you can make an electric sports car. But actually, it’s a very easy job for Mitsubishi because they seem to have hit the ground running with a car that could see the beginning of the end of the BEV electric car market. That’s because the Outlander PHEV offers the best of both worlds, with its plug-in hybrid setup offering pure EV running for up to 30 miles or so – enough to get in and out of most cities – and the ability to run on carbon fuel even when the batteries run down.
