We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and will provide you with a tracking number. We ship from several convenient locations throughout the country and will ship from the nearest warehouse to ensure the quickest delivery.

We process orders Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays. 

NOTE: Since there are many ways we offer our products, on rare occasions there is a chance an item may become unavailable that we have listed and sold on eBay. We will do our best to expedite back-ordered items as soon as possible. Feel free to call us to check availability before ordering.

•For all refunds or exchanges the buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving item(s). ANY RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THE SELLER PRIOR TO RETURNING THEM!

.  If you wish to return something, you must contact us for an RMA number and shipping address. That RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return shipment or the item will be refused. There is no charge for this, but in order to organize and process returns promptly we must tag them so they can be tracked in our system. Failure to obtain authorization will void our return policy and any obligation for refund or exchange.

 

•Item(s) returned must be unused, unmodified, and in the same new condition as when received

• We may request pictures for claims regarding damages or wrong item(s) received.

•Return shipping is paid for by the buyer 100% of the time, unless prior approval is received from us. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless wrong item(s) is received.

• All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, this will be deducted from the total refund. 

• You can choose to exchange your item for one of equal value, a refund less the 25% restocking fee, or you can apply the value of your returned item (less restocking fee) to any other item from our store. Exchanges and credits for returns cannot be applied to out-of-stock or special order items; only those currently available in our store.

Silla Automotive warrants their radiators and condensers, under normal use and service, for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the radiator was originally installed.

Silla Automotive’ warranty of its products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship, as limited herein, shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties, except warranties implied by law. All warranties, whether expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose extend beyond description herein, are expressly disclaimed.

This warranty covers any parts furnished by Silla Automotive, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by Silla Automotive. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail.

***We are authorized dealers for every item we sell. As such we are happy to assist with any warranty issues. We must state that any and all warranty expressed or implied is that of the manufacturer NOT the seller.  We will offer whatever help we can in processing a solution to your warranty issues. Some warranty claims can be handled by us; some must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, in either case we will assist in the process. We will only support products purchased from us, we apologize in advance but we simply do not have the time to supply support for products purchased from other vendors and /or sellers.

No warranty of any kind is offered or implied for parts that are discontinued, new-old stock, or used.
