All warranties, whether expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose extend beyond description herein, are expressly disclaimed.

This warranty covers any parts furnished by Silla Automotive, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by Silla Automotive. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail.

We must state that any and all warranty expressed or implied is that of the manufacturer NOT the seller.  We will offer whatever help we can in processing a solution to your warranty issues.
