There’s no doubt that the UK will be a big market for the new Range Rover, and the US will become even more so if Land Rover can demonstrate the new Range Rover is not just the best luxury SUV there is, but that it’s properly bolted together too. Tesla Model S goes up in price
Fri, 30 Nov 2012The electric Tesla Model S – which won’t arrive in the UK until at least late in 2013 – is going up in price in the US and gets a spec change. The Tesla Model S is perhaps, just perhaps, the only really credible electric car so far; a luxury ‘Sports’ saloon car that offers range almost comparable to an ICE car and, it seems, prices that aren’t an awful lot different. That makes it a far more appealing prospect as a replacement for an ICE car than anything we’ve previously seen.
RIP Imre Molnar
Wed, 02 Jan 2013Imre Molnar, provost of the College of Creative Studies (CCS), passed away during the holiday season. Molnar was riding his bicycle in California when he suffered a fatal heart attack on the afternoon of 28 December. CCS's President, Rick Rogers, said: "It is shocking to have Imre taken from us so suddenly.
