I last used this in the 80's in my alcohol injected FED. It is a little dusty and dirty from the fuel days but it is still pretty cool. I have displayed it many times with our blown hemi FED since then. Time to let some one else enjoy it now. It should still work. I use a new style helmet now for comfort and safety but this one can be used to fire up your blown hemi fuel FED.

1970 Simpson Fuel Fire mask in good shape.
I had this stored away with the rest of the race day gear and the old Nitro hydrometer for checking Nitro percentages, with the original wooden case and Donovan sticker from previous owner  I will list that stuff separate. Enjoy the pictures, check them out close because as they say what you see is what you'll get. Free shipping with-in USA and will be insured. As I stated above, used by me. I am the second owner and it went well with our Alcohol and Fuel Front Engine Diggers. The crowd loved it at the track and we took three first places at the World of Wheels with all that stuff later on. I am not trying to get rich off all the stuff we decided to part with so others can enjoy so bid to be the new owner !   If it doesn't cost me too much more I will try to send the foam head we used to display it with the fire mask. Also, the velcro does work on the mask and the elastic band still seems to work. I do combined shipping for the items I list as "fee" shipping. I am also selling the 1970 helmet I got with it originally.  Sorry for any confusion but the 1970 drag racing Helmet and googles is NOT part of the auction but the helmet will be in another auction of its own with a  box starting at .99 plus 18.00 shipping.

By James Foxall Motor Shows 23 July 2008 14:35 Honda came up with a genuine global surprise at the London motor show 2008 – with the OSM concept car that previews a potenital successor to the S2000. The Open Study Model is a junior roadster that bears an uncanny resemblance to the CR-Z concept. We suspect this could translate into a convertible version of the CR-Z, itself bound for production in 2010 as a hybrid coupe.

Cold Fusion: Has the Holy Grail of Energy arrived in E-Cat?

Mon, 14 Nov 2011

Scientists Andrea Rossi talks about his Cold Fusion E-Cat Cold Fusion – or low-energy nuclear reaction as scientists prefer to call it – has been the Holy Grail of energy production since it was first mooted in the 1920s by Austrian scientists Paneth and Peters. Essentially, cold fusion is a low energy, contained nuclear reaction which doesn’t use fossil fuels and produces no radiation. The problem is that the laws of thermodynamics say Cold Fusion is impossible.
