MG's return: how the Chinese will relaunch MG in 2011

MG TF roadster likely to die this year MG is relaunching in the UK first - in summer 2011 with the arrival of the 6 hatchback and saloon. It's a half-sized family car straddling the C- and D-segments, a bit like Skoda's Octavia, and will be priced aggressively. Citroën's C_42 building on Paris' world famous Champs-Elysées has launched its new exhibition season, with an art car version of its Survolt concept by French artist Francoise Nielly. The use of fluorescent paint in her oil and knife portraits was inspired by a childhood spent in Southern France, where she chased butterflies in the bright Mediterranean sun. Her work has, in turn, inspired Citroën's designers, who cite Nielly's work as the influence behind the vibrant color highlights on the Survolt.

Caterham introduces track-focused Supersport R

Caterham Cars in the United Kingdom is adding to its range of open-wheel, extra-light sportscars with the Supersport R. The R model builds on the Supersport trim with more power, interior upgrades and an 1,179-pound curb weight. The Supersport R is motivated by a 2.0-liter Ford Duratec engine making 180 hp and 143 lb-ft of torque.
