Single Suzuki Df300 300+hp 25" Outboard Engine Runs Excellent No Reserve! on 2040-parts.com
Jupiter, Florida, United States
We have a great running Suzuki DF300 available at an incredible deal. The listing and price is for the standard RH turning 25" shaft outboard only.
This engine spent most of its life trolling and idling. There are a total of 1,060 engine hours, or about 120 hours per year. Many mechanics agree that this is ideal usage for four strokes as the ones that are run regularly stay in better condition then those that sit. (4-Strokes have engine oil that lubricates the pistons, rings, etc--- That oil is only lubricating when the engine is running.) There are multiple Sea-Tow captains running DF300s with well over 15,000 hours on their engines. (They are still running them.) This is a 2008 model that were sold as new on a 2009 vessel. This has the common 25" shaft length... standard rotating drive. We are not including any accessories at this incredibly low starting price We can put this DF300 in an outboard crate for $120. We can arrange for shipping via R+L Carriers for our customers. We also have a boat transporter that makes outboard deliveries. The Southeast typically runs $250-$450. Northeast is generally $550-$850. We collect 6% sales tax for Florida shipping destinations and for local pickups. Feel free to contact Rob with any questions or to view the outboards. Lotus's glimmer of hope: Proton stands by Hethel
Wed, 09 Jan 2013After another painful year of sales for Lotus in the UK – down 58% on 2011 - Norfolk's beleagured sports car brand has kicked off the New Year with the grand unveiling of its new flagship Malaysian showroom, and the thumbs-up from senior Proton company suits that Lotus isn't on its last legs. The announcement comes in the same week Lotus’s sales figures were released for 2012. Showing a substantial 58% decrease in sales and selling just 137 vehicles, Lotus Cars was the worst performer in the UK with a woeful 0.01% share of the market. Are Lotus's Malaysian owners sticking by the company?
