Eagle "SIR" Connecting Rods are forged from 5140 Forged Steel and utilize 7/16" ARP Wave Lok™ bolts with 12 pt. nuts. "SIR" Connecting Rods offer superior strength when compared to stock 3/8" rod bolt connecting rods, yet are lighter in weight. Critical big end sizing is controlled using in-house CNC equipment. Packaged in weight matched sets end to end ±2.5 grams. "SIR" Connecting Rods are economically priced and are perfect for anything from daily street engine to performance engines up to 700 HP.

If you don't see the correct set you need, check our other ebay auctions, we stock most every eagle rod offered by eagle.

Eagle offers I-Beam & H-Beam rods for Chevy, Ford, Chrysler, Pontiac, and Honda and many more.

Remember, improper torque of the rod bolts will result in premature rod failure.

Nissan Design's Chief Creative Officer Shiro Nakamura met talk-show host Jay Leno in the latest of the ‘Jay Leno's Garage' YouTube series, chatting candidly about the possibility of a new 240Z within the next two years. Next year will be the 80th anniversary of Nissan and the new model would be a celebration of the occasion, taking the spirit of the 240Z while refreshing the original design and shape into what Nakamura hopes will be an exciting new product. Speaking at the Nissan Technical Center in Japan, Nakamura said: "I don't regulate everything, I don't come too often.

LaFerrari commanding £1 MILLION premium – and the McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder attracting premiums too

LaFerrari commanding £1 MILLION premium Being at the top of the new owners list for a very desirable, and scarce, car can yield big benefits, and none more so recently than for Ferrari’s hypercar – the LaFerrari. Oracle Finance has been busy looking at the premiums being charged for desirable cars (and, presumably, willing to finance to premium too) and have discovered that those not on Ferrari’s VIP list – and therefore not invited to buy a LaFerrari from Maranello – are willing to pay a premium of £1 million to get their hands on Ferrari’s replacement for the Enzo. But it’s not just LaFerrari that’s commanding hefty premiums.

The 1967 Shelby GT350 and GT500 are here!

The 1967 model year saw the introduction of a redesigned Ford Mustang that was slightly larger and heavier than the first pony cars. Bloat, it seems, has been around forever. But it wasn't all bad: '67 'Stangs got those crisp, fastback lines immortalized in "Bullitt" and yes, the remake of "Gone in 60 Seconds." Plus, the Mustang's increased size meant you could wedge a big-block motor under the hood, and that's exactly what Shelby American did with the GT500.
