MINI Cooper S investigation in US over Fires The MINI has been a big success in the US, and an even bigger success when you consider the American penchant for cars the size of a small aircraft carrier. And one of the favourite MINIs in the US is the hottest version of the MINI – the Cooper S. But following a spate of reports about the MINI Cooper S catching fire, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has set up an investigation to try and see if there’s a common problem.

The new October 2010 issue of CAR Magazine features a beautiful shoot of Renault’s new Dezir, a rear-wheel drive electric supercar concept that will be unveiled at the 2010 Paris motor show. SEAT Leon FR+ Supercopa SEAT UK has launched a special edition Leon – the SEAT Leon FR+ Supercopa - with a new sporty look and extra features. Last year we got the SEAT Leon FR+ bolted on to the Leon range in the UK as a top of the range Leon aimed at extracting a bit more from Leon customers, 25 per cent of whom were already opting for the previous range topper, the Leon FR. That plan obviously worked as SEAT has now added yet another model above the FR+ in the guise of the FR+ Supercopa which offer a special edition styling kit for a sportier look.
