You can replace a broken Ski-Doo Hi-Lo dimmer switch yourself in less than 10 minutes. With just 1 philips head screwdriver, almost no mechanical ability and some patience, you will save 70% over OEM replacement costs. Not to mention the $100 in shop labor you will save by not going to the Ski Doo dealership.

This Ski Doo HI-Lo switch is a Direct Replacement with No Modifications Required. It will fit all REV and REV XP chassis as well as the 2003 ZX chassis with the REV style multi-switch.

Easy Steps to a 10 Minute Replacement


1.Carefully pry out the Start/RER button
2.Remove screws on back of switch case
3.Remove 3 black screws holding switch board to front half of switch
4.Remove remaining broken switch piece
5.Place billet switch tangs in the slot where broken plastic piece was removed
6.Assemble switch in reverse order

It's as easy as that!
