Payment: Payments must be made within seven days, after seven days an unpaid item claim will be filed with eBay and the item will be relisted.   

Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome as long as the desired item is in stock.  Please call prior to sending out a product to be exchanged in order to ensure the correct size and style is available. All exchanges must be approved by a manager.  The customer is responsible for shipping fees accrued in sending the original item back to Pro Power Sports & Marine, as well as shipping fees to send the new item back to the customer.  Tags must be attached and product must be in its original condition. Items should not have any pet hair or strong odors.

Shipping: Rates given are for customers within the continental United States. All items ordered on eBay are shipped standard economy shipping, through either USPS or UPS. Please request combined shipping before paying for your items, we will not refund after you have paid.

Availability: Availability of items may vary, as we are a full retail store. Please call or email to ensure availability of an item before purchasing.
