Up for bid is a unique, one year only factory stock Slant 6 Valve Cover. This design was used only in 1960 (first year for the Slant 6).

Flange is in good shape, wire holder are all still attached, and no dents. The outer surface of this cover has been gently media-blasted, treated with rust dissolver, and coated with NAPA gray primer...ready for you to prep sand and paint to match your Slant.

Aston Martin has combined forces with Canadian luxury mobile phone manufacturer, Mobiado, to create the CPT002 concept. Based around a transparent touch screen, the CPT002 phone combines both existing technologies and software with genuine advances in electronics to create a 'realistic vision of luxury mobile phones', the company says. The CPT002 phone goes beyond what most smart phones can currently offer.

Call for stronger penalties for texting drivers

DRIVERS convicted of causing death by dangerous driving should be given stronger and more consistent penalties, according to road safety charity the Institute of Advanced Motorists has said. An IAM analysis of eleven recent prosecutions involving mobile and smartphone use revealed that the average sentence for causing death by dangerous driving is four-and-a-half years in prison and a disqualification from driving for seven years. In all of the cases analysed, the convicted drivers were found to have lost their concentration due to using their mobile phone.

Some Chevrolet dealerships halt Volt sales due to tool costs

Some Chevrolet dealers have stopped carrying the Volt after deciding that their sales didn't justify an additional $5,100 for tools to service the plug-in hybrid. Last month, General Motors notified Chevrolet dealers of the added cost for tools, among other requirements, to keep selling and servicing the Volt. The math didn't work for Allyn Barnard, owner of Jim Barnard Chevrolet in Churchville, N.Y., near Rochester.
