Hyundai Genesis sedan loses an engine option, gains more tech for 2013

Hyundai is dropping the 4.6-liter V8 in the Genesis sedan lineup for 2013. The 5.0-liter V8 will continue in the R-Spec model, while the rest will get Hyundai's 3.8-liter V6. Hyundai has also enhanced the optional eight-inch Driver Information System, which is now more intuitive, with a rotating joystick, better voice recognition and improved navigation-screen layouts.

Revealed: the most expensive areas for car insurance

A study by AA Insurance has found that drivers in London are paying the most for their car insurance – with the average premium costing a whopping £922.44. And – despite a recent fall in car insurance premiums – the average cost could soon increase, with some areas already noticing insurance getting more expensive. McLaren talks P13 Porsche 911 fighter

McLaren will take a stab at Porsche and Ferrari’s bread and butter segment in the upcoming years. Autocar reports -- after talking with chief executive Mike Flewitt -- that the company is building the a car, codenamed P13, which could be revealed in time for next year’s Geneva Motor Show. Autocar says it will sit below the 12C and well below the freshly driven P1.
