This is the fuel pump mounting plate and the block off plate used when deleting the mechanical fuel pump from a small block Chevrolet. We removed this from our 72 C10 Chevy truck and returned it to a manual fuel pump instead of electric. In very good, used condition, just needs a good cleaning. Price is for both parts.
