This is a 12v power tilt unit made by Power Up . Its 12 v motor connected to a screw type set up that raises and lower and arm that connect to your lower unit. Motor and actuator work great. This would be for a small outboard motor maybe a fishing boat. I got it with a bunch of parts I bought. Good luck. Ship to lower 48 states only. thanks
