Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have minor scratches and scuff marks on lens. Lights have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger sides have signs of condensation on the inside, indicating the seal may be broken, and water may be leaking inside. Both driver and passenger LEDs have a shade of blue in them, and the halos have a shade of purple in them. Both driver and passenger side resistor boxes are dangling around the light. Both driver and passenger sides have deep scratches and smudges marks on the inside of the light. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install.
