Right-hand drive markets have had to wait for the new 300C, which first launched in 2011 at the Detroit Motor Show; it's on sale in North America as a Chrysler, and currently available to Continental customers as a Lancia Thema... Chevy Volt will do 230mpg

GM are claiming 230 mpg for the Chevy Volt The premise is that the vast majority of buyers for the Chevy Volt will do no more than 40 miles a day. Which just happens to be the range that the Volt has. So I suppose they could have worked out the cost of the electricity to fully charge the Volt, converted that in to the cost of petrol and come to the conclusion that it does 230mpg.

Infiniti hybrid carries $54,575 sticker price

Infiniti has set a base price of $54,575, including shipping charges, on the 2012 M hybrid sedan. The luxury division of Nissan said the car will go on sale on March 16. The Infiniti M hybrid's powertrain mates a 302-hp, 3.5-liter V6 with a 67-hp electric motor.
