Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have deep scratches and scuff marks on lens. LEDs have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger sides lens have signs of condensation, indicating the seal may be broken, and water may be leaking inside. Both driver and passenger side moulding piece has deep scratches and finger print marks. Passenger side gasket is missing. This item does not come with light bulbs, screws, metal clips, or instructions on how to install.
