Smooth Black 4.3 V6 Tall Aluminum Valve Covers Clears Roller Rockers, Chevrolet on 2040-parts.com
McKinney, Texas, United States
Small Town Speed is proud to be the US dealer for the high quality, low production, sand cast, hot rod parts! These covers do require longer retaining bolts that can also be purchased from Small Town Speed(allen, for $15 a set(free shipping with the valve covers), or call me at first at 972-989-4003, and I can arrange to throw them in for free.... All of the Aussie Speed polished parts are individually hand polished, and they are a good quality polish, but not a full blown show polish, the most notable difference is between the fins, and the recesses for the bolts are not polished, and the flat areas are not mirror straight(they have not been block sanded at each step). They still look awesome, but are not a mass produced parts, or full blown show polished parts(a polish job like that would exceed the cost of the raw valve cover). I love how they look, and everybody I've shown them to has loved them too; I just mention this so you know exactly what you are getting. I'm a full time Firefighter/paramedic, and an avid motorcycle rider. I part out bikes to help offset what I spend building, riding, and racing them. With that said, I'm not a big shop, and this is not my only job. I will do everything in my power to ship parts out ASAP, and 95% of the time I get them out within 1 business day of when they are paid for, but because of my work schedule(where I work 24hr shifts, and sometimes work 48 and 72hr shifts), and my riding, there may be rare occasions that it may take longer than 24hrs before I get it shipped out. If you are in a rush to get the part, please contact me, and I will do everything I can get it out fast(and if you contact me, I can make special arrangements, and 99% of the time can get it sent out the same day). But if you are somebody who expects everything to be shipped instantly "come hell or high water", please find another seller who will better fit your needs, because I may very well be busy dealing with hell or high water, or just unwinding and riding my motorcycles. And the latter should be easy enough to relate to, right? I ALSO SELL PARTS ON FORUMS and LOCALLY, so I reserve the right to END AUCTIONS EARLY. I'm happy to combine shipping when practical, and I'm also happy to make package deals if there are several parts you need. Email is the best way to contact me, but I'm happy to give you a call, or give you my personal cell number if you would rather call me. FOLLOW ME ON FACEBOOK: SMALLTOWNSPEED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL OF THE PARTS I'M SELLING ARE USED. I guarantee them to fit the bike I took them off of; and any other years on models mentioned are to help people find parts that may work for them, not a guarantee of fitment. I pride myself in good customer service, accurate descriptions, and low prices. There is no feasible way for me to list or confirm every possible fitment while keeping my prices low. If you're not sure, check with your local dealer, or compare part numbers at an online oem supplier like motosport. BUT I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT EVERY PART I SELL IS SOLD EXACTLY AS PICTURED AND AS-IS. It is also possible that over the life of the bike that I'm parting out, that parts were changed to something other than what was put on at the assembly line. So, where am I going with all of this? I wont stick anybody with parts they don't want or can't use. I accept returns, and my great feedback speaks for itself; seriously, read through some of it.... I treat other riders(that's you) how I would want to be treated; but I ask that you do the same for me in two ways. 1- having realistic expectations when your buying used parts. 2- if something is not right; let me know and give me a chance to make it right for you before opening a dispute or leaving feedback. I've never had anybody who has contacted me with an issue not end up completely satisfied. I aim for 5 star service 100% of the time. If I'm not achieving that, please let me know how I can improve. Thanks! |

Bugatti Veyron L’Edition Centenaire – first photo
Sun, 26 Apr 2009Bugatti L'Edition Centenaire at Villa D'Este [ad#ad-1] We told you a couple of days ago about the latest in a long list of Bugatti Veyron special editions – The Bugatti Veyron L’Edition Centenaire. Well, all we could really show you then was a scan of the brochure for the car. After all, Bugatti wanted to keep the car secret prior to its showing at this weekend’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Cernobbio, situated rather prettily by Lake Como, and hadn’t issued any pictures.
New Peugeot 208 production cut as sales disappoint
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Peugeot is cutting back on production of the new 208 as its sales fail to reach expectations, just six months on from launch. It’s not enough when Europe is ion the midst of an economic crisis and car buyers are polarised between ‘budget’ cars that offer more for less than mainstream offerings and ‘Premium’ models that are bought on the back of a preconceived notion of more kudos. That leaves car makers like Peugeot (and Renault, Citroen, Vauxhall, Ford, Opel, Fiat…) between a rock and a hard place, unable – or unwilling – to compete with the offerings from Korea and saddled with a brand that doesn’t have the ‘class’ of an Audi or a BMW or a Mercedes or even a VW.
Hyundai shows its Blue2 hydrogen-fuel-cell vehicle in Seoul
Thu, 31 Mar 2011Hyundai Motor Co. has unveiled a hydrogen fuel cell concept vehicle called the Blue2 that takes the South Korean automaker deeper into alternative-drivetrain territory. Hyundai is banking on the car to propel it to a leadership role in the race to commercialize fuel cell electric vehicles, a contest joined notably by such Japanese rivals as Honda Motor Co.
